Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on payroll processes and mobile solutions to clients.
- Analyze client needs and configure SD Worx payroll software to meet specific requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using payroll systems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and legal frameworks in Belgium.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HR and payroll service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll management or HR consulting, preferably with mobile solutions.
- Strong understanding of Belgian social security and tax legislation related to payroll.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR/payroll software systems; experience with SD Worx products is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a significant advantage.
