Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure data platform architectures.
• Oversee the implementation of innovative data solutions that support community health programs.

• Ensure stringent data integrity, quality, governance, and security across all data systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in data architecture, platform design, and successful implementation.

• Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and effectively mentor junior team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience working within a non-profit or global health context is highly advantageous.
