Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure data platform architectures.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative data solutions that support community health programs.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and partners to define the data strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure stringent data integrity, quality, governance, and security across all data systems.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in data architecture, platform design, and successful implementation.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and effectively mentor junior team members.
