Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of an interoperable digital data system for school attendance monitoring.
- Integrate existing data sources and ensure seamless data flow within the new system.
- Define system requirements and specifications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the developed system is robust, user-friendly, and scalable for future needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and training materials for the system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing complex digital data systems.
- Strong background in information technology, data management, and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a consultant on projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software development tools and database technologies.
- Experience in the education sector or with international development organizations is highly desirable.
