Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in contact center management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
