Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and contact centre technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
