Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Provide expert contractual advice and guidance to project teams, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders regarding contract matters.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of contract management best practices.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract administration or a closely related field, preferably within infrastructure projects.
  • Solid understanding of contract law principles, procurement processes, and risk management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant contract management software and standard office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, given the location in Buenos Aires.
