Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex contract law matters for international projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and legal agreements.
• Ensure compliance with national and international contract regulations and best practices.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support project development and implementation.
• Mitigate legal risks associated with project contracts and transactions effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders on all legal aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contract Law Expert, preferably in international development or consulting.
• Strong understanding of international contract law principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
• High ethical standards and a strong commitment to corporate integrity.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is considered a significant advantage.
