Key Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate complex contract agreements with clients and candidates across various sectors.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements in international operations.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution and close-out.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, protecting company interests and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Provide expert guidance and support on all contractual matters to senior management and project teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in contract management, preferably within recruitment, energy, or life sciences sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value and complex international contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to detail and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in contract management software and standard office applications.
