Key Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate complex contract agreements with clients and candidates across various sectors.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements in international operations.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution and close-out.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, protecting company interests and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all contractual matters to senior management and project teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in contract management, preferably within recruitment, energy, or life sciences sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value and complex international contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in contract management software and standard office applications.
