Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within the allocated budget. Manage and control complex inter-relationships between owners, end-users, designers, authorities, suppliers, and contractors. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery. Develop and implement robust strategies for effective project and contract management. Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all contractual dealings and client interactions. Requirements Proven experience in contract management, ideally within a consulting or project delivery environment. Strong understanding of project lifecycles and stakeholder management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage complex contractual relationships and mitigate risks.
