Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial planning and negotiation to close-out.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within the allocated budget.
• Manage and control complex inter-relationships between owners, end-users, designers, authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
• Develop and implement robust strategies for effective project and contract management.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all contractual dealings and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management, ideally within a consulting or project delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and stakeholder management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage complex contractual relationships and mitigate risks.
