Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from tender preparation to close-out.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and legal requirements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, claims, and disputes effectively.
- Oversee accurate contract administration and documentation for all projects.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on contractual matters to project teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
