Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring legal compliance and company standards.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation and execution to close-out and renewal.
  • Collaborate effectively with legal, sales, business development, and other internal teams to support contractual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records, databases, and documentation.
  • Provide expert guidance and interpretation on contract terms, conditions, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks, proposing solutions to protect company interests.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or a similar corporate legal role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law principles, legal terminology, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
