Key Responsibilities

• Administer contracts for rail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to facilitate smooth contract execution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of contract law and project management principles, preferably in the rail sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective negotiation and documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical, compliant solutions.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related field.
