Key Responsibilities

  • Apply US contract law expertise to review and develop AI training materials and datasets.
  • Participate in supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) processes.
  • Evaluate the performance, safety, and compliance of frontier AI models.
  • Contribute to red-teaming efforts to identify potential AI model vulnerabilities and biases.
  • Provide legal insights and annotations for AI-related content and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with a global network of domain experts on diverse AI training projects.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts law, legal review, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of US legal principles, contractual agreements, and intellectual property.
  • Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on a project-based, remote schedule.
