Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all aspects of construction contracts.
- Review, analyze, and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
- Prepare and process claims, variations, and extension of time requests.
- Provide expert contractual advice and support to project teams.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and legal advisors on contractual matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Contracts Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction laws.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
