Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all project contracts from inception to completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Review, negotiate, and resolve contract variations, claims, and disputes.
- Provide expert contractual advice and guidance to project teams.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with project contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other international contract forms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex project environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
