Worley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and mitigating contractual risks across various projects. You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex projects within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to close-out.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams on all contractual matters.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract interpretation and disputes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contracts management, preferably within the energy, chemicals, or resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and systems.
