You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex projects within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to close-out.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams on all contractual matters.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on contract interpretation and disputes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contracts management, preferably within the energy, chemicals, or resources industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and systems.
