Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control financial budgets, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

- Proven experience as a Controller de Gestão or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
