Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and control activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support strategic planning.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the management team for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, local GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, essential for a global environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
