Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within the hospitality client portfolio.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies for clients.
- Collaborate with client management to drive financial performance and strategic planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Controller or similar senior finance role.
- Demonstrable experience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
