Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for assigned projects.
  • Implement and monitor effective O&M strategies, particularly for renewable energy installations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Manage and lead O&M teams, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on O&M progress, challenges, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in project management and demonstrated team leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment.
