Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations and activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Implement and enforce robust warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a productive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume food and beverage distribution setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
