Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive liaison with all identified UAE ATM stakeholders, as required.
- Act as the interface between the Vendor and PTT on all technical matters relating to project deliverables.
- Actively manage internal and external communications as per the Project Communications Plan.
- Monitor performance of the Vendor to ensure all project risks, issues, and mitigating actions are managed.
- Provide constructive guidance to the Vendor regarding all GCAA regulatory and technical aspects.
- Ensure all appropriate documentation is recorded and delivered as ‘Lessons Learned’ prior to project closure.
Requirements
- Significant ATM, Airspace Change, and Project Management knowledge and experience.
- Effective management skills to facilitate project delivery within agreed requirements.
- Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor vendor performance and ensure quality requirements.
- Proficiency in risk management and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of GCAA regulatory and technical aspects.
