Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily factoring operations, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for factoring activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments regarding factoring transactions.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing accounts receivable portfolios.
  • Support the team in resolving operational issues and improving process efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to factoring performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, preferably within factoring or banking operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish or other European languages is a plus.
