Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations, including scheduling, vehicle allocation, and driver management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local and international transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for efficiency and cost improvement.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage fuel consumption, optimize routing, and implement strategies to reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet assets, driver logs, and all operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or logistics operations, ideally within a large organization (minimum 2 years recommended).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices in fleet management.
