Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client service needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication.
- Support the client services team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new key clients.
- Gather client feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
