Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of group bookings and events from inquiry to execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments (restaurants, spa, activities) to align services.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed event plans.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction for all events.
- Contribute to the promotion and sales of event spaces and services.
Requirements

- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
