Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of group bookings and events from inquiry to execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (restaurants, spa, activities) to align services.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed event plans.
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction for all events.
  • Contribute to the promotion and sales of event spaces and services.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
