Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce Daman’s insurance products and services.
• Support various outbound sales activities and contribute to lead generation efforts.
• Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales progress.
• Actively contribute to achieving departmental sales and business development targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new outbound business strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate and a UAE National (UAEN) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a positive attitude towards sales and client engagement.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
