Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations.
- Advise clients on legal aspects related to global recruitment and EoR services.
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate interpretations of laws.
- Manage legal documentation and maintain organized case files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, and commercial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
