    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial law matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations.
    • Advise clients on legal aspects related to global recruitment and EoR services.
    • Conduct legal research and provide accurate interpretations of laws.
    • Manage legal documentation and maintain organized case files.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, and commercial regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
