    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
    • Support all phases of M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
    • Assist in the formulation, refinement, and execution of corporate strategy across various business units.
    • Prepare detailed financial models, business cases, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and the executive team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and key business initiatives.
    • Analyze industry trends, technological advancements, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate development, strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
    • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
