Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate advisory.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
