Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
• Advise on corporate governance, intellectual property, and transactional issues.
• Manage legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal aspects of business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate laws, commercial regulations, and legal frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
