Key Responsibilities

  • Support a large portfolio of corporate entities across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain corporate documentation, invoices, resolutions, filings, and records.
  • Coordinate multi-step corporate and transaction processes.
  • Track execution of agreements, amendments, terminations, and renewals.
  • Handle time-sensitive, non-standard requests that require judgment, coordination, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, legal support, family office, banking, compliance, or project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and ownership attitude.
  • Excellent English (working language of the role).
