Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company travel policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure favorable rates and services.
- Monitor and analyze travel expenses, budgets, and reporting, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding travel bookings, visas, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and company safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Manager or in a similar administrative management role.
- Strong understanding of the global travel industry, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software, online booking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
