Key Responsibilities
- Support drafting project-specific Cost Control Procedures.
- Support preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
- Collect actual costs/expenditures and allocate to the CBS.
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) for manhours and cost.
- Prepare cost estimates for variations and claims.
- Monitor project actual costs and analyze cost variances.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in EPC Oil & Gas Projects.
- Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is preferable.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Capability to perform under stressful situations.
