Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in cost control, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
