Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with system records. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role, preferably in hospitality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
