Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all hotel operating costs effectively.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
