Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project costs comprehensively across the entire asset lifecycle.
- Provide expert cost management and advisory services to clients, ensuring financial certainty.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks in complex construction programmes.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and detailed financial reports.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints and financial targets.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to optimize cost-efficiency and value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle cost control and advisory services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse, international team.
- Proficiency in relevant cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
