Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive costing strategies for all footwear products and operations.
• Oversee detailed product cost analysis, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and drive cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate closely with product development, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize product costs.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing costing team, fostering professional growth.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience (10+ years) in costing, financial management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the apparel or footwear industry.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced cost accounting software.
• Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
