Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the UAE market strategy in alignment with the mother company’s vision and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, channel development, and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business growth in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
