Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational activities and strategic initiatives within Costa Rica.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand client base and market share.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and Net2Source (N2S) company policies.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the country.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Costa Rica.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Country Manager, Director, or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong background in management, strategic planning, and business development, ideally within IT services, staffing, or consulting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
