As Country Manager for Net2Source (N2S) in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will be responsible for leading all country operations, strategy, planning, and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational activities and strategic initiatives within Costa Rica.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand client base and market share.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and Net2Source (N2S) company policies.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the country.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, Director, or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong background in management, strategic planning, and business development, ideally within IT services, staffing, or consulting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
