Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country-specific strategies to achieve growth targets and market penetration.
- Oversee all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, and client relations within the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Manage P&L for the country, ensuring financial objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
- Represent Flatgigs in the local market, building strong relationships with stakeholders and investors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Country Manager, Director, or similar senior management role.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage complex operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
