Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all in-country operations and strategic initiatives in Ukraine.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors including extractive, financial, legal, and NGO.
- Lead and manage local teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Prevail Partners’ presence in the region.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management, intelligence, and operational support to clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a leadership or country management role, preferably in consulting, intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of the Ukrainian market and geopolitical landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions in a dynamic environment.
