Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all acquiring business development activities within Sweden.
- Develop and execute strategies to connect top FinTech talent with client companies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the payments, crypto, and technology sectors.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the acquiring division.
- Identify market opportunities and expand Evotym’s presence in the Swedish FinTech landscape.
- Collaborate with international teams to align local strategies with global objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Country Manager, Business Development, or Sales leadership role, preferably within FinTech or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the acquiring, payments, or crypto industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
