Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the UAE market strategy in alignment with the mother company’s vision and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, channel development, and customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business growth in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
