Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve country-specific revenue targets in Thailand.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT Services and Global Workforce Solutions sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within IT Services, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand market and business landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and local Thai language is highly advantageous.
