Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive country-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to optimize performance and market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business proposals to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management and business development within the IT services or talent solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered recruitment solutions and IT project services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
  • Ability to strategically plan and execute sales initiatives in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of the local language (Thai) is highly preferred.
