Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Monitor clinical sites for data accuracy, completeness, and participant safety.
- Prepare and review study-related documentation, including case report forms.
- Communicate effectively with investigators, site staff, and internal teams.
- Contribute to accelerating life sciences research initiatives and therapeutic development.
- Assist in site selection, initiation, and close-out activities.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in life sciences, nursing, or a related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of clinical research principles and regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site monitoring as required.
