Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive monitoring visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out) at investigator sites.
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical trial protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all regulatory requirements.
• Verify source data, review Case Report Forms (CRFs), and efficiently resolve data queries.
• Manage site performance, monitor subject recruitment strategies, and support subject retention efforts.
• Prepare accurate and timely visit reports and follow-up letters.
• Assist in the selection and qualification processes for investigator sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), with previous CRA II experience preferred.
• Strong understanding and application of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for monitoring visits as required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Bulgarian is an advantage.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
