Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out) at investigator sites.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical trial protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all regulatory requirements.
- Verify source data, review Case Report Forms (CRFs), and efficiently resolve data queries.
- Manage site performance, monitor subject recruitment strategies, and support subject retention efforts.
- Prepare accurate and timely visit reports and follow-up letters.
- Assist in the selection and qualification processes for investigator sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), with previous CRA II experience preferred.
- Strong understanding and application of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for monitoring visits as required.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Bulgarian is an advantage.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
