Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for the WaterBoy brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-impact visual and conceptual content.
  • Oversee the creation of all visual assets, including packaging, digital campaigns, website design, social media content, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, product lines, and communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to translate strategic goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive innovative and effective creative strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a Creative Director or similar senior creative leadership role, preferably within the CPG, food and beverage, or health/wellness industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful brand development, comprehensive campaign execution, and creative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, branding, visual storytelling, and digital media best practices.
  • Ability to translate strategic business goals and market insights into compelling and actionable creative concepts.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
