Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and individualized personal assistance to the client.

- Foster a supportive, positive, and respectful environment for the client.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and the Aleris team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated creativity and a genuine interest in music.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent Swedish required.
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of responsibility.
- Prior experience in personal assistance or caregiving is an advantage.
